PLACEMENT SIGN-UP FEE

We require a  $350 non-refundable sign up fee to begin a search. The sign up fee will eventually be applied towards the placement fee when families decide to hire one of the candidates. The search includes the following benefits:

  • A comprehensive, confidential family consultation to discuss the personalized childcare needs for your family

  • Developing a highly customized job description 

  • Using our applicants pool and narrowing it down to the top experienced and devoted candidates who suite your unique values.

  • Conducting an in depth candidate screening including phone interview, personal interview, skill assessment, personality assessment, social media screening, reference check, etc.

PLACEMENT FEES

For U.S. based families, our placement fee is 12% of the employee’s total gross annual compensation, with a minimum of $3,000. Additional fees apply for international placements. Please contact us to receive a costume quote.
